As the title suggests, this piece just plain has LOTS of amber! Again a favourite of mine, it is really thrilling to pull a super-amber-filled Brookfield CD 102 out of a box of dirty ponies at a yard sale. This piece came from one such place, and I'm pleased to be offering it you folks this evening, as these pieces compliment any backlit or window display beautifully. The condition is alright for one of these SDP jobbies, as the drips tend to be chipped very, very easily. This particular one only has 10 chipped drips (some of them only very, very lightly nicked). The main damage is a triangular chip behind the right mould line, on the inside of the base, that runs up the skirt about 5/8", and is about 1/2" wide at it's widest. 3 of the chipped drips are associated with this chip. The copious quantities of amber in the piece more than compensate for the damage. The photos, as usual, just don't do a good enough job of illustrating this fact. I'm asking $14.00 U.S. plus shipping for this awesome, ambered up Brookfield pony. I accept personal cheques from any member of ICON, or anyone I've dealt with before. Please feel free to email me for more photos, or with any questions. I encourage you to look through my "For Sale (Not Sold)" stock, and combine items to save on shipping. All the best! |
