Line repairs after Hurricane

I picked up this photo at a recent insulator show. It shows a cigar smoking lineman repairing the lines, or possibly removing the wire off of the insulator. This section of poles were knocked over during a hurricane which struck the Pensacola, FL area on September 5, 1916. The area shown is 'Big Bayou' according to the note on the back. A friend quickly noticed the trolley car in the background. Enjoy
