Found this in with a bunch of other electrical stuff such as knobs, wall tubes, cleats, etc. I am quite sure it is some sort of insulating apparatus but can't quite figure out how it was used. Can you help? It MAY be available for trade or sale a bit later. It is embossed CROUSE and HINDS. Thanks in advance.
