A CD 300 [040] F. M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. with the 5 Pat dates on the rear skirt. It has a couple of small chips on the inner wire ridge, and a 1/2 chip that takes off the left side back wire ridge glass. The inner skirt and outer skirt are in good condition.
