was in town this weekend and finally got a chance to get a closer view of a 4 block section in New Orleans where these ?? Locke?? power pieces are in service. As I drove to the end I was more surprised to find 2 purples in the air. If someone has Sewage & Water Board contact in New Orleans maybe they can do a swap out and liberate these.
