Last insulator we grabbed on our trip, this is an ice green petticoat 145. Took forever to get it down as it was on a tall pole and the wind was getting wore at this point. The insulator might very well be my oddest CD 145. It has no shop letter and is very short, shorter than any other petticoat i have. My A molds are my shortest i believe, maybe the L mold but this one is shorter than them all. The reason being the whole base is underpoured enough to the point where it affects the insulators hight. It looks like when the insulator was taken out of the mold it was set ona rough surface, giving the base an interesting texture. There's also an area where it bumped into the mold and a good sized piece (not a large chunk, but it's the biggest one of these i have seen) was scraped off the insulator, Interesting!
