Here is a picture from the "bottom up". There is an "R" in both the top skirt and the middle skirt, and what looks to be unintelligible writing inside the inner skirt (at least, that's if I'm using the right terminology, I'm fairly new to this in general. Do I even call them skirts here? Pieces? Tiers?).
