This is one for all of you linemen out there. This transformer was installed last week by Manitoba Hydro to replace an older unit for street lighting and traffic light feed. For whatever reason, the old transformer didn't have a cut-out and they neglected to add one upon the change, and no it's not a CSP transformer. Even if it were, it would still need a cut-out now due to a number of them failing and taking out entire feeders.
