This is taken from the book "Manual of Telegraphy Designed for Beginners" fourteenth edition by Prof. J. E. Smith, published by L. G. Tillotson & Co.

The date of this edition is not specified, but I would guess that it was no earlier than 1879 (based on other ads in the book), while this ad probably originated in 1877-1878.

It seems that Tillotson acquired the rights to Smith's book (originally published in 1865) and updated it regularly to include advertisements for their latest products.
