Me, my son, and several friends decided to hunt the line running across Currahee Mountain in Toccoa, Georgia again today. As many may know, Camp Toccoa was based near the mountain during World War 2 and was a training facility for the US Army Paratroopers during this era. The HBO movie Band Of Brothers was based around the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment who trained here and ran from the camp to the mountain and back.

The day was good, as the next few pictures show, we found a few pieces and interesting items. It was a little cold and cloudy today, but made the hunt all the more fun!!
