CD 145 H.G.CO in light green with a wire in the glass on the right side. The wire is about 1/2 an inch in size, and has light amber swirls coming from the edges of it. Only damage is a vertical flake on the back wire groove that extends about 1 inch toward the top of the dome, which is very shallow. There is also a small wire groove ding next to it. $20 + shipping.
