I am listing a group of my larger pieces and making them first available to ICON before I am "forced" to put them on the E place. I am out of room and must let some of these really nice ones go...This one is a CD 297 FRED M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. Other than two base chips and a tick or two of no consequence, this one is excellent. Some inner bubbles and an open inner skirt bubble are of added interest. Guide says $15-20. I'll take $15 for this one, with shipping added to actual destination. It's a heavy piece weighing over 3#'s before packing.
