Tensioning or sagging the conductors. Lots of rigging (slings, blocks) and wire grips. The conductors are pulled to a certian tension in pounds at a given temprature. I did this old school; pull them till they look good, add two clicks for what you lose, make them up ( terminate the conductors) on the dead end insulators.
