We hunted along that beacon box line again, the same one featured in the picture entitled "finds from a beacon box line" . We found the white porcelain C.P.R. Beehive and the two N.E.G.M.CO. CD 145's (the two beehives farthest to the left) on the ground, aside from those we didn't even find a lousy Dominion - 42 whole, which is unusual as that is usually all that we find on the ground. The three beehives on the right are ones I pulled off the poles myself. You see, we did not bring a ladder, but there were four crossarms on every pole, so the lowest crossarm could pretty much be reached from the ground. So my dad lifted me up while I unscrewed the green Brookfield "B" beehive full of amber swirls (on the middle right in the picture), I will post a picture of it separately. We went a few poles more and found the two Brookfield "B" No 44's on the same crossarm, so we rolled up some rotten logs that were nearby, and I unscrewed them. There were about six beehives on that particular crossarm, so It's still good picking, on the poles, anyways.
