I was driving to work this past summer and noticed this. Went back for further inspection. Yeah it's only an aqua 164 looks like a Hemingray-20 to me and something else (looks like a 152 based on the other picture. I am posting). I am not a lineman or anything, but wouldn't one usually use cable tops here? They are being used on the otherside of the pole, not shown.
