Found this yesterday at a garage sale for a buck. Looks like the allout common Hemingray but It's not in the priceguide. I'm going to guess it is foreign. It has C.T.N.E. on the front skirt and the #13 above E.S.A. on the reverse. It is a very light blue almost like a blue tint. Any help would be helpful.
