Here is a pretty dark aqua E.S.S. # 401 (010) CD 252 Cable insulator. It has a wire tie kiss on the front of the left ear which shows in the picture and a flake off of the outside of the base about 1/8x1/2 and flaking on the inner side of the outer skirt.
