This line was built to 66 KV for future upgrade that never happened; it has always been used as 25 KV Two of the clamp tops on this particular pole popped their tops leading to this weird sight. Notice the field insulator is a 12 KV used on 25 KV. For some reason, Manitoba Hydro has decided 12 KV insulation is sufficient for 25 KV use. There's lots of 25 KV feeders around here built with only 2 rings of CP-80 dead-ends and Hem D-513's/12 KV porcelain.
