Nice Blue aqua Canadian thin skirt, MLOD, no name insulator. These are the same as the thin skirt Can Pac's but unembossed. It has a couple of areas of flat flakes on the skirt at the base and a couple of pencil head size marks on the dome. Tough insulator to find and the thin base is usually damaged.
