On the left is a multi-crossarm pole line which most likely supported telephone circuits. On the right is electric distribution. Seen (in abundance!) are automobiles from the teens into the 1920s manufacture. Check out how low the crossarms extend upon the pole line on the left! I'll betcha you could read some of the insulator embossings if you had 20-20 vision back then ;-)
