Here is a rare CD 102.4 base embossed New England Tel piece. N.E.TEL. & TEL. Co. is embossed on the base. A nice aqua color. This piece has the middle wire ridge pretty much nibbled away - as you can see in the photo. These tend to have that ridge chipped and flaked. The upper wire ridge also has a 1 1/4 inch area of flaking as well. There is also a 5/8 inch base flake away from the embossing. The skirt also has a ding. I purchased this from Dick Bowman about 15 years ago and it has been in my CD collection since then. I just 'upgraded' to a better example at yesterday's Yankee Pole Cat swap so I am making this available to another happy home. This a unique CD. The PG says $1000-$1250 for a VNM one. How's $300 for this one and I pay the postage? I have several other photos of the other side, the base, and a close-up of the upper wire ridge flaking - just ask. Thanks for looking!
