Greetings! I am seeking opinions as to which Embossing Index I should assign to this piece. It is a CD 287, right? If so, and I were describing it, I would say:

(Dome) [Number] (F-Skirt) F.M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. (R-Skirt) No 15 {MLOB} RB

But I can't find that embossing in the 2008 PG

EI [020] says: (Dome) [Number] (F-Skirt) F.M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. (R-Skirt) Nœ 15 SB, but that doesn't take into account the RB and {MLOB}.

EI [060] says: (Dome) [Number] (F-Skirt) LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. (R-Skirt) Nœ 15 {MLOB} RB, which handles the base, but then the primary embossing doesn't have "F.M."

I guess my question is, should the PG really have an "FM" in the EI[060] listing, or is this piece actually unlisted, and a new EI is required?
