I stopped at a garage sale this past Labor Day. They were taking the sign down and starting to pack up. All the bargains should have been long gone. I had just about covered it all when I saw these two candle holders made out of insulators. When I saw the price I couldn't believe it. 10 cents! That's #1 copper wire, too. With all the scrappers, antique and flea market dealers, collectors, etc. looking for this stuff I couldn't believe something like this would still be there this late in the day.
