Same as in the previous photograph I added...this appears to be another high voltage switch, but again there appears to be no means of opening & closing it from the ground.

(Edit, 6:27pm PDT 09-04-08): I received a rather informative email that described how these switches work from the ground without the need for a hotstick and that all three phases *CAN* be activated/deactivated simultaneously; these things are indeed switches after all. :-)
