Here are two Hemingray CD 230 insulators. There are no chips or cracks on these......but they both have some sort of whitish looking buildup on them. Not sure what this is.......can't be seen in the photos either. It is similar to a crystal-like saltwater kind of buildup. Haven't seen this before on any other insulators I've had. Could come off with a good tumbling, but since I'm not sure......I will let both go for 25, postpaid.
