A little mud in Ahn Luxembourg

I didn't want to leave those mud lovers out! Here is a picture of two insulators on the top of a shrine, most likely of Catholic influence. I'm guessing many years ago, these insulators were AC cables used for lighting. The village name is Ahn, right in the middle of the Moselle River Valley, which should be well know to you White Wine Drinkers! The origins of this village date back until early BC, I'm guessing these insulators date just a little after that time period!
