This may not look like much at first glance, but this is a very unusual mold for a star beehive. Note the flat dome top. I have only seen less than a half dozen of these over the years, and three of those came all at once in one collection purchase. This one originated from the Milholland collection. This mold style is surprisingly similar to the flat top HG/Petticoat beehives. The color borders Hemi blue. Nice large boldly embossed star. Condition is a strong vnm, with only a couple of minor pings and pecks. A good score for any star specialist! $45 plus actual shipping & optional insurance.
