Another somewhat common Lapp used by Ameren is the M-2902. Although their numbers have decreased over the years, there are still some of these pumpkin giants around. This particular pole still stands in Pacific, MO on a three phase 34 kV line. The two circuits on this pole are jumpered together at the next pole, hence this being a three phase. The brackets were made by Saint Louis Malleable and Casting Company, a company that made an incredible line of neat and sometimes unique line hardware. A specialty collection could grow quite large just collecting their pieces. I send them to the Pin Man, Lou Hall, when I get something of interest.
