This wooden spool like thing was in the collection of the late Bob and Phoebe Adams. They proudly displayed this at many insulator and bottle shows. The spool portion measures 2 3/4" high. The wooden 'pins' through the upper and lower boards are hand made! The surface of the spool has a wax like coating, which is slightly soft-in the wonderful Florida hot air. Cool what's-it.
