CD 166.2 that is embossed with a rectangle and what looks like an incomplete O. It is in the middle near the base and is the only one of these I have ever seen embossed with something. One other thing, it doesn't have a dot at the top of the inner pin hole, and the threads are rather crudely formed more like an American Ins. Co. with out the rivet marks in the top of the pin hole.
