I was only 2 years old when the 1973 oil "crisis" occurred but later on figured it was the same as now, greed, politics and political bs but....I DO remember in the late 80's and mid 90's when gas was around this price and I could drive a 403 GM big block and it only cost around $30 to fill up. Not now!!! How many of us still drive the small bodied, big power planted muscle machines on a daily basis?I would guess some, but not many. If I had the car I drove during my highschool days, it would be weekends only!
