My 7 year old son recently became interested in insulators after we saw one made into a lamp at a local lamp shop. We decided to find some in the wild, so we found an old railway within a few miles of the house that is now a bike trail. Within 45 minutes, my son had found a pristine Hemingray 42 CD 154. We found a broken Hemingray 43 CD CD 213 as well. We now have a new hobby. Sorry for the pics of a mundane insulator, it's the hunt that counts!
