Offered is probably one of the nicest CD 267 N.E.G.M. Co. insulators in this color ever encountered. The coloration is a rich green with rather strong yellowish undertones. The piece is mint other than a very small scuff on the side of one of the saddles...and another teeny scuff area which removes the "J" in the June 17, 1890 patent date lettering. It is entirely possible that the insulator molded this way. Very, very minor cable groove wear and extremely shallow base rubbing detailing the woodgrain of the crossarm it sat on for almost 90 years!!. Otherwise this great looking cable is in as-made condition and you certainly never will have to upgrade it.
