This is a superb looking piece that some might call a "glower" owing it is rather strong yellow undertones combined with its bright medium green shade. First of all it has rather large drip points similar to a lot of Hemingrays of this style. All are intact and there are eight of them are chipped or partially flaked. There is a V-shaped inner skirt chip (see next photo) right-smak-dab-between the letters "K' and "F" of Brookfield. An internal stress line travels from the top of the V-chip to the wire groove area. Finally there is a thru-the-glass stress line right at the left mold line with a small shallow briuse on the dome above it. This travels thru the inner and outer skirts, appears rather unnoticable and stops at the base of the pinhole. The glass has sort of a "cold mold" or wrinkled texture to it with some seed bubbles within. On the top of the dome is a big 10 and on the reverse skirt is NEW YORK. This is one of the best Brookfield see-through lookers with drip points I've ever seen. I have more pix if you are seriously interested. Email and I'll send them. Asking $185.00 shipped to your US destination. Thank you. |
