Here is a small white porcelain insulator produced by IMEC during the 60's & 70's. The B85R means that the height is 85mm and the outer shell is reinforced since there is no inner shirt . The outer shell thickness is about 10mm thick!

There are several know factories the have produced this style insulator: IMEC, RICHARD GINORI, & FIP. There have also been B100R and B130R models produced.
