Just don't seem to see the Illinois embossed insulators very much in just about any colour. This guy is snow white with Illinois state ink stamped on it with the date of 1938 right above it. Insulator was jet black when I got it and I'd say it's about 97% cleaned but there is some areas on the rear side with some grey left. Mint condition on this guy, all it needs is a little more scrubbing. First mail to me... $28 + actual shipping. Now $21 + shipping
