A very nice piece found in southern Illinois, this one has the flattened top, Hemingray/ No 40 on the front and Patented/ May 2 1893 on the rear. Damage includes one round drip point chipped off and a handful of SMALL nicks (maybe 10) scattered across. In my opinion they do not detract from the appeal of the piece, but if you disagree, don't worry- I will be glad to issue a full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason. $34 including shipping to the lower 48.
