Here's another USSR piece that I cannot locate in the GIFONA book so I have little to no information about it. CD? BC3 / 49 in a deep emerald green colour. This is the cousin of the previous USSR flat top piece except that this has a cable groove on the dome rather than a flat top. Insulator has a thumbnail sized conglomeration of spit bubbles and goop in the middle of the lowest WG lip. Only issues I find are the tiniest bit of nibbling around the edge of the base.
