Here's a very nice flat topped emerald green with amber veils Russian insulator. Very pretty piece with backwards letters/numbers 3, C,B and 49 backwards as well. Inner skirt is very nicely underpoured to one side and condition is VVNM.I cannot find these much less very many other USSR insulators listed in the GIFONA book. I see one small annealing stress hairline in the dome on the edge of the corner and a tiny fleebite at the mould line. Displays mint.
