The line comes from Ukraine. This line is a great waste investing by the communist economy, it was out of order since 1996-2002, now 250 MW import power comes in by this line, on a 2500 MW capacity one. The Polish and Romanian 750 kV were stolen on the Ukrainan side, the Ukrainens held 15-20 kV thief protector voltage only in our line.

We want to degrade a domestic section of this line to 400 kV. The 750 kV is high, Ferranti is working: It makes lot of reactive power and voltage increasing... We had to build in some big coils because of drean this line's electric garbage.
