Here's a Hemi 12 that really doesn't show up very often. Newer production mould dated 1941 in a clear & yellow 2 tone. This one has a decent amount of yellow in it which I'd say is probably about 35% mixed thru out the insulator. This is also a script embossing Hemi 12 as well. Hemingray quit script in 1895 to go to prism and then stamped embossing. Now for reasons unknown, on only 1941 dated moulds they reused script type embossing with hand done lettering and numbers. Only 1 partially chipped RDP and a tiny WG rub separate it from mint.A very nice example of a script embossed newer 2 tone. First mail to me... $20 + actual shipping. |
