This is a very nice looking jade green CD 121 embossed BROOKFIELD with a big XO on the dome. You might even find a bit of white streaks in the dome. There is one ping just above the embossed D, otherwise it appears to be in great shape. The price guide puts this insulator in the $50 to $75 range.
