This plant just about anyone in the Northern Hemisphere has probably encountered, especially in their lawns! Popularly called gill on the ground but also known as creeping Charlie. This plant has a very pungent smell to it when cut or crushed but has very pretty light purple trumpet shaped tiny flowers. Plant is a creeper and will rapidly take over a yard if not kept in check.
