I`d say it`s teal aqua and full of bubbles. The color lightened up a bit in the bright sun. The base is almost perfect. Just a little bit of roughness on the very edge of the base. There is a sliver chip on the skirt on the embossed side. It is 1" long and 1/4" wide.
