There is some archival material available suggesting that Wheaton Glass Company in Millville, NJ made the glass portion for some bridle wire insulators. While I can't tell you who made this light SCA example, I can tell you that it is mint and the copper cap has been cleaned and polished up a bit. $20 postpaid.
