Blue & white Italian porcelain insulator.

Very colourful porcelain piece from Italy. Have no clue to the U # but by golly it really IS a pretty piece! The white base looks to be hand painted and blue colour and glaze is inside and out pinhole and inner skirt. Insulator is quite old, I would suspect from the 30's timeframe and there's traces of old coloured paint left in tiny spots on the skirt.IOnly damage to speak of is a shallow, fingernail sized clamshell chip on the inner skirt. There's 1 tiny spot where a tiny piece was missing during MFR and was glazed over after baking. This can be seen in the photo. More pix available.
