This nice CD 134 Hemingray has a lot going on with it. This has a large amount of cold folds in the domeside of it down to the wiregroove that have large amounts of scaley black carbon folded into the glass from these seams. Mixed into this as well are some light milky veils and whisps in with the carbon and that odd satiny sheen on the surface that is associated with carbon folds. The embossing is HEMINGRAY (RS) PATENT MAY 2 1893.The top of the 9 is one solid blob of glass and there's a large bubble behind the 9 & 3 as well. Only 2 nipped drip tips and that's it. Displays mint and shows character very well backlighted. First mail to me... $33 + actual shipping. |
