This red amber CD 162 is embossed HEMINGRAYover PATENT MAY 2 1893 and on the reverse side of the skirt PETTICOAT. There are four partially chipped drips all in the area just to the right of PETTICOAT. The chipping is on the inside edge of the drips and takes the tips of the four I noted. other than that, the insulator appears to be in excellent condition.
