Here is a flat-bottom "wishbone" crossarm on a 57kV. PGE, (Portland General Electric Co.) line in Oregon. Note the scarce old gray M-2140 multiparts still in use on the 12.5kV. distribution arm. There used to be 54 of these in service out here, now with pole replacements etc. it's down to about 46! This was a bad light moment for this photo. Not unusual in western Oregon.
