Outside of McMinnville, OR., the BPA (Bonneville Power Administration) has a 120kV. transmission line that feeds the municipal Mac Water & Light system. Most of the poles have this older, very unusual "wishbone" crossarm scheme with the top arm flat or level, if you will. This view is looking east from the road.
